HOW TO GET TO HEAVEN FROM AUSTIN, TEXAS.

Are you 100% sure that if you died today, you would go to Heaven and not Hell?

You CAN know 100% sure TODAY! The Bible plainly tells us - considers these truths:

First, realize that you are a sinner.

“For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23). You are a sinner that is not good enough to get to Heaven on your own merit. No matter how much good you do, you still fall short. This dilemma comes from within your own heart. "For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness: All these evil things come from within, and defile the man." (Mark 7:21-23)

"I have nothing to offer God but my sinful past."

Second, realize the penalty for your sin.

“For the wages of sin is death” (Romans 6:23). "And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire." (Revelation 20:14, 15) The penalty for your sin is both physical death and spiritul death which is an eternity in a place called Hell.

"I am guilty as charged for my sin and without Christ I will end up in Hell."

Third, believe that Christ died for you.

“But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 5:8). Christ proved His love for us by dying on the cross to pay our debt of sin. "It is finished" is what He said on the Cross. (John 19:30) He rose again three days later a Victor over death, hell, and the grave. (I Corinthians 15) "I AM THE WAY, the truth, and the life; no man cometh unto the Father but by me." (John 14:6)

"I accept Christ as the only way to Heaven and I cannot earn my own way."

Fourth, repent and receive Christ as your personal Saviour.

“But the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord” (Romans 6:23). “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved” (Romans 10:13). “But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name” (John 1:12). Eternal life is offered to those who call upon Jesus for salvation. This in turn calls for you to change your mind about your sins even now. You cannot ever stop sinning completely [sadly] but a person must be willing to turn from his sinful and careless attitude of sin which will inevitably lead to a change of actions. "I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance." (Luke 5:32) Biblical salvation is not reformation but rather a transformation from the inside, out! "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new." (I Corinthians 5:17)

"I am repentant and ready to receive salvation on God's terms."

Finally, pray and ask Jesus to be your Saviour!

Dear Lord, I know that I am a sinner and that I deserve to burn forever in Hell for my sins. I now confess my sinful, helpless condition and confess that I cannot earn my own entrance into Heaven. I want to repent of my evil deeds and I ask You to forgive me of my sins and take me to Heaven when I die. I am trusting You alone as my Saviour and want to receive your gift of salvation. I now believe that You died and rose again three days later for me. Thank you for saving my soul. In Jesus name. Amen!
